Hi
I have recently put new pickups on my Les Paul, and now the bridge volume and tone pots seem to be live and ungrounded.
does anyone have a fix for that?

Hi Lakisha, I presume we are talking about humbucker pu's A general rule with grounding is to terminate the ground on top of the volume pot. Here is a diagram for you.

Ground is shown in the normal fashion like a triangle of lines longest line at the top.
