Strat mod: Bridge+Neck PU

I don't use my middle pickup on it's own. I want a "Tele" position where
I can use the center position on my pickup selector to activate both the neck and the bridge pickup.

I looked on guitarnuts.com but could not find anything.
Has anybody done this? Schematics? What parts do I need?

That's a good idea. But I am so used to whacking the PU selector backwards for the bridge PU...

No parts needed, you could just switch the position on the 5 position switch so that the center pup is where the neck pup normally is and vice versa, that way the 1st 3 positions would be bridge, bridge and neck, neck, then neck and middle, middle. It will give you the neck and bridge together with the minimum of change. It's a 2 wire swap.

I'm sure it can't be done using the centre position like that. I have modded a few Strats and 3 pickup Telecasters by replacing (one of) the tone control(s) with a push/pull pot which activates the neck pickup independently of the 5-way. This give 2 new sounds - "neck & bridge" and
"all 3".

Good idea, but I already ordered the push-pull pot, which is only EUR 16,-

I will leave the middle PU where it is because it is the reverse one.
