Well, my gf always falls asleep when I play Tom Petty's "Alright For Now" lullaby for her......
But since the underlying current of this thread appears to center around classic rock, I'd have to say that Dire Straits' "Brothers In Arms" is strangely relaxing while at the same time being invigorating.

So you hate blues...
You therefore must hate most rock music for the last 30 years, last time I checked that little 5 note dime of a scale did a hell of lot for all of us!

PS: seriouly though what is a blues tune? You made the statement. Also I think it's a bit daft to say one genre of music is stupid. This isn't a PS2
