Who else besides onlineguitar on ebay sells them? Since he wont ship to
Taiwan thats out.... know of anyone that will ship one to Taiwan?
Insturament builders (at least on the net) is practically nonexistant. They only sell complete guitars, cant find any kits... and I just like the saga kit because the wood is okay and because its cheap, and I can put a killer solidcolor (like color-changing) paintjob without worrying about covering beautiful woods.

well, that would be nice, would save on the VAT's and all that taxes and crap as well (Taiwan doesnt tax below NT3,000 thats about 100 US) but no I dont know of anyone that will do so... perhaps you could do that for me for a small fee?

You might want to check out Carvin's kits (www.carvin.com), they cost more, but from the reviews I've read, it may be better in the long run, as you'll probably end up replacing most of the Saga's parts eventually.

Really? Too bad. What about getting all the parts you'd need from Stewart
Macdonald (www.stewmac.com), Allparts (www.allparts.com), or Warmoth (www.warmoth.com)? I'd think one of these place could ship overseas...

You're in Taiwan?? I would think that there would be hundreds of places to get guitar kits there! Aren't all guitars REALLY made there anyway?? 
Jeez, I'd have such vintage guitars if I lived there!
Seriously, don't you have one person in the US that could take the shipment, then ship it to you??? I've done that with shipments - found a middleman. |

The guitar player in the band built a Saga kit. He replace the neck with a
Warmoth, the tuners with Schaller, the pickups with Seymour Duncan, the pickguard and maybe the controls.
