I have a friend who happens to be selling a really nice condition Ovation Celebrity Deluxe CS-257 (Flame Burst Green) which I happen to be interisted in for it`s "Electric/Acoustic" design.
While I know it`s not terrific (IMHO) unplugged, but do admit that plugged into my Fender Acoustosonic SFX, and it sure can play some sweet sounding licks!
And....I have too mention it`s Pre-Amp.....best I`ve seen on a guitar in this price range.....
For $300 is it pretty stupid for me too pass on? I DO need myself a Electric/Acoustic......and what else am I gonna be able too get for $300?

only thing wrong with it is that it`s a pain in the ass to adjust the neck because of the truss rod access, which it through the back. You need gangly arms to get at that bitch...
