Need vintage Ampeg parts source!

I'm restoring an old Magnavox era SVT for one of my customers. It was hacked by someone else (it would be blasphemy to refer to that person as a
"technician", and one of the pots was replaced with a junky off brand. The shaft of the pot is WAY too long, and it's not even the right shaft type. I need to find a 1 Meg audio (or log) taper pot with a short D-shaft (not a round or split shaft). I've scoured all the surplus bins of the local electronic parts dealers, but no luck.

Does anyone know where I can go to find a replacement pot (and other vintage
Ampeg stuff, should I need it)?
