hello all,

i recently bought an Eric Clapton strat, but the colour is weird as in nobody could tell me the name of it. The seller couldnt even help me on this. The guitar has a serial number though which returns the Corona California confirmation, and that it is a EC strat.

But could anybody help me abit more about this guitar? the serial number is SZ5052642.

The best bet to get the correct answer is to send the pics with the info request to Fender, they will also tell you any other details you might like to know.

Mate!!!!!!!! what you got there is one OF TWO guitars ever built, they were made exclusively for eric...i dont even imagine how you got a hold of that, the one you have is the cherry burst...the second one is the tobacco sunburst!! your fuckin lucky, eric had that for few years and actually used it in the late 90s! well it looks like all ive said, im a clapton freak and i think its that....let me know man! haha but your lucky
