need help finding the right strumming pattern: baby's romance-chris garneau

the song is baby's romance by chris garneau. i know the song relatively well, and if it were played on guitar, i feel like it'd be much easier for me to figure out. but it's on piano.


i'm attempting to teach myself guitar, and i've learned a couple songs with the use of tabs. but they were all based on finger picking, so i've never run into this before.

I see what you mean. But that's a pretty disturbing song Would addressing the composer Chris Garneau help? I mean in the way of how he would have written it if played on a guitar? (sometimes it just doesn't sound the same when exactly copying the chords from one instrument to the other).

he does write really sad music, but they're so pretty that i forget how sad his songs really are. should i send him a myspace message or something in the mail?
