I am having volume issues with my new OCD v4 pedal. It doesn't seem to have the same punch as the rest of my pedals. any Idea why?

Hello Guest, Here are a few contacts for "Danelectro" I would contact their technical department and ask the question...I have heard there are a couple of strange issues with the pedal,but on the whole it seems to work well.
