Hi
I currently play an ibanez rg series, but would like to find a guitar with a sightly smaller width fretboard.
I have about $1500 to spend, and would like recommendations.
(I am not sure if the discomfort is to do with the radius or the width of the neck, so if anyone could help me out with how to find this out, it would also be appreciated.)

Hi Melisa, I would recommend that you go to a decent music store and explain what you want to achieve and play several guitars, when you find a comfortable one ask what the neck specs are, and you will know basically the type of neck that will suit you. ask to see a few with those specs in your price range and choose one you like.
