Hi Jodi, What tools you need is largely dependant on your level of skill and what you personally can accomplish...If for instance you could dress your own frets you would have tools that would be uneccesary if you couldn't etc. So it might be an idea to write down the things you can do yourself and then others could advise as to what they use for that purpose. There are a few good companies around that sell all you need...I found in the States Stewart McDonald are good, they sell everything for building and repairing guitars.
