Here is my setup

AMPS:
Mesa Boogie Tremoverb
Roland JC-120

Pedals:
COMP/SUSTAIN
EQ
WAH
EQ
WHAMMY
WHIRLWIND A/B
DISTORTION
DISTORTION
PHASER
DELAY
FLANGER
PHASE SHIFTER
TAPE DELAY/REVERB

HERE IS WHERE I AM LOST.....

I WANT TO RUN MY AMPS LIKE THIS EXACTLY IF IT IS POSSIBLE!

AMP 1: MESA

<EQ, WAH, EQ, WHAMMY, A/B SELECTOR, PHASER, DELAY, FLANGER, PHASE SHIFTER, TAPE DELAY/REVERB - THIS IS JUST STRAIGHT THROUGH FROM GUITAR-PEDALS-AMP, NO PROBLEM HERE!!!

HERE IS WHERE I AM BAFFLED!

AMP 2: ROLAND

<EQ, WAH, EQ, WHAMMY, A/B SELECTOR, DISTORTION, DISTORTION TO AMP.......I WANT TO HAVE AN FX LOOP RUNNING THROUGH THE PHASER, DELAY, FLANGER, PHASE SHIFTER, AND TAPE DELAY/REVERB. REASON BEING IS THE ROLAND GETS EXTREMELY LOUD IF I USE THESE 5 PEDALS OUT IN FRONT OF THE AMP AND THEY SOUND BEAUTIFUL IN THE FX LOOP, BUT THEY CAN ROCK HARD IN FRONT OF MY MESA.....

IS THERE ANYWAY THAT I CAN HAVE THESE 5 PEDALS RUNNING STRAIGHT INTO THE MESA AMP AND THEN RUNNING THEM IN AN FX LOOP INTO THE JC-120. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS AT ALL, OR IF IT IS POSSIBLE.

ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!

THANKS MUCH,

Hi Keysofapollo,

With the Roland I know that you can run the FX loop in series or parallel. I will try to upload manual in case you dont have one....Not sure if Mesa has that.....

Here also is a forum that may help:
