Can anyone tell me the difference between these two models .I just bought a 1987 Model 6 and now I have the opportunity to buy a 1986
Model 4 nad I don't know what the difference is between them. both japaneese (I think) and they look the same any info would be greatly aprreciated thanks

Always be on time. Do as little talking as humanly possible. Remember to lean back in the parade so everybody can see the president. Be sure not to get too fat, because you'll have to sit three in the back.

Actually, as best as I can recall.... the Mod 6 was neck through construction with some active tone circuits... the Mod 4 was bolt-on neck with all passive electronics. There may have been a few other minor differences. The Mod 6 was considered top of the line at the time.

The Model 4 DOES have active electronics, but its definitely a bolt on neck.
