I have a matching pair of Celestion G12 65's...People rave about these speakers..What's the buzz all about...They re issued them(heritage series) and they get 188$ a piece...They came in a cab I bought...They have a sizzling sound...They are in perfect condition too...Is anybody familiar with these???What's your opinion..I'm thinking of selling them....

Crobar, if you are not satisfied with them I advise you to sell them indeed. Only when you're perfectly satisfied with a sound are you capable of doing your best at playing

I agree entirely..I have three cabs with different speakers in them..I a,b.c them to hear the difference...You have to do it one after the other to really tell...Same amp settings and guitar..I guess beauty is in the ear of the beholder..Be it some beholders ,have cauliflowers growing up there...(Confucius say)

Indeed beauty is in the ear of the beholder, but imperfections are rarely called beauties (although, sometimes.... )
