I have a Fender Jazz '75. It´s a reissue, made in Japan 1998.

When i play the bass the truss rod vibrates, especially when playing the E and A string . I have tried to adjust the truss but the buzzing remains wether the truss is loose or tight adjusted. I have located the buzz to the neck, so it´s not the bridge or any other parts that causes it. And of course, it´s not fret buzz!

Question:
Is it possible to fix a neck with a buzzing truss?
If it is fixable, does it cost a lot to fix it?
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.
