Anybody else have one of these pedals? I walked into a pawnshop today and got it for $29.00. Four knobs, Japanese, one input, two outs, looks like it was never even used. Only produced in the Eighties? At worst, the sparkly pink color will add color to my pedal board. haven`t tried it yet. Harmony Central.com says it`s kind of a chorus pedal of sorts. Post tips, knowledge, the manual pointers in a nutshell. I`d appreciate it.

analog). Twenty-nine bucks is a helluva price, especially in that condition.
Oddly enough, that was the first discontinued Boss pedal I`d ever seen, and is what started my collecting.

Kate and Jdavyd, yeah it is very nice chorus, even just using it mono. Almost a twelve-string effect. It really thickens sound, doubles crisply. But I did notice it`s exclusively wall wart material. It really drained the battery I had in it quickly. I read over in Harmony Central it`s got alot of electronics packed inside. Maybe that`s why. Although small, I finally I got something of a ""pawnshop prize".

The reason it sucks batteries is that it`s digital. Most early digital circuitry was very current-hungry (and a lot still is). Definitely a wall-wart pedal, get a good regulated supply for it, though (the Boss one is fine).

you got a nice pedal at one helluva price.... even if it had the crap beaten out of it, it would still be a good price. I don`t own one (have the DC-2) but i`ve played one and it`s nice. dave
