This is pretty much Peter Pan Speed Rock in a nutshell. I don’t really think that beer for breakfast is something I am going to do anytime soon but these guys sure do rock.

In case you were not that familiar with them, it probably means you are American… but as Licorice Pizza said - you really should get to know them if you have any sort of inclination to heavy rock.

I haven’t had the chance to listen to the soon to be release Elvis Costelo album, but I am pretty sure that it is up there with all the rest of his work.

Secret Profane & Sugarcane is to be released in a couple of days, on June 9th, and if it is all Bob From Rock and Roll and Meandering Nonsence says it is, then it should be the kind of album you can by blind - without even listening first.

I intend to do just that

Although I have respect for what Of Montreal are doing, I am not completely in love with them.

I always check out acoustic versions of anything I can - it often gives you a different perspective on the band and there talents.
