I'm a father of two (Updated March 2010): Levi (17 years old) a High School Junior that rocks with his guitar and synthesizer and loves metal and Megan (19 years old) in her second year of college (Chemical Engineering) and wants to learn the bass guitar or so she says - no action as of yet. I live in Texas but generally work out of state as a contract engineer and generally only make it home for a 4 day weekend once a month. Therefore, nights just about all I have to do is play guitar and learn new songs (keeps me out of the bars). I'm more into Soft Classic Rock like; Take It Easy, Simple Man, Garden Party, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Maggie May, Summer of 69, Mary Jane's Last Dance, Brown Eyed Girl, etc. I do like other varities of music except for Rap and Opera. Some Country, Metal (Rah, Rah, Rah - Mainly Ozzy & Black Sabbath), Hard Rock, Pop, etc, but the Soft Classic Rock is my love as I can sing it softly and slowly without screaming, loosing my voice, or people saying "What do ya think is wrong with him"? Remember, I live in Texas, Bubba.... My Favorite Quote is: "Life is Tough, It's Even Tougher if You're Stupid" by John Wayne - American Hero.... My Favorite Pass Time is: Guitars, Cigars, and Shiner Bock.... Hay - someone oughta write a song with that title. It would be a number one song for sure, well in Texas anywho....

I am a woman living in Israel. A friend started this forum and got swamped with work so, knowing I am interested in this subject, he asked me to keep an eye on it. My other hobbies are walking, photography and meditating near the sea.

I'm a woman, just starting my 40's. I live in Israel. I raise 3 gorgeous daughters, a cat and a beautiful garden. I work part time as a gardener and find interest in many other fields. I have found this site almost by chance and decided I'd try to lend a hand.
