I've got a problem with my 65' Deluxe Reverb reissue!!

The vibrato channel has begun to sound very strange when I'm using it with distortion/overdrive - the sound gets extremely weird and fuzzy!
The normal channel is just fine, and I've tried with several guitars, pedals and settings!
I have also tried switching the preamp tubes around, but with no luck...

Have any ideas to what could be causing this?

How does the Vibrato channel sound without using effects pedals?
How does that channel sound with reverb on, then with reverb off?
