I am not sure of the parameters of the forum but this file was too large to upload so I have compressed it to try, if nothing becomes available then it didn't work.

It certainly contains a lot of info...worth having. With the enclosed pic I am the ugly one top left. I hasten to add it was a while ago ha ha.
